Who We Are

Fanise Mompremier is a professional yoga instructor who started her yoga Journey many years ago. Her search for an intentional practice that can help her intentionally harvest an awareness while building strength has led her to yoga. Her teacher, Jitendra Bhatt, from the home of yoga itself, Rishikesh, India, has helped her to find what she was looking for awareness, discipline, strength, flexibility and most importantly self-love. Her mission to help others connect with their inner self has led her to teach and meet hundreds of individuals who love her practice and teachings, engaging and committing to becoming and sustaining a better version of themselves through yoga practice. Her focus is to help you move, breathe and relax while setting goals and reaching for them.

Hatha/ Flow Yoga – A gentle yet effective way to get your body moving. A great way to increase blood circulation flexibility, improve health, and attain and or restore greater balance and connectedness of mind and body to developmental focus and discipline.

Supported Restorative yoga- Using props to support your body while you ease and melt your stress away. You are supported at every angle as you trust your instructor to lead you into relaxation. This practice is suitable for heavily stressed individuals and persons who suffer from insomnia.

Restorative Yoga – This practice involves deep stretches and is suitable for individuals who have experience with yoga or stretches regularly as it involves resting in a position for 5 to 10 minutes without the aid of props.

Yogalates – A dynamic way of engaging the core to tone, build, and sweat. a combination of yoga and Pilates to provide a momentum workout that will leave you feeling revived refreshed and energized
